Mohammed is currently the Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Green Coast Enterprises. He is responsible for the overall strategy and capital allocation across the group that employs 1,100 people across the GCC in manufacturing, real estate and investments. Before leading the family business, Mohammed was with the leveraged finance and high yield group of ABN AMRO in London, originating and executing senior, mezzanine and high yield offerings for private equity clients.

Mohammed served as independent director on various boards including Emaar Industries PJSC, Emirates Money Consumer Finance LLC and Bank Islam (Malaysia). He is also the Chairman of American Honours College in Dubai and the Vice-Chairman and founding partner of Convenience Arabia, the GCC operator of the Circle K brand of convenience stores.

Mohammed holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is an active member of the Dubai chapter of the Young Presidents Organization.

David is a board member at SirajPower and also a co-founder and CEO of Creek Capital Limited – a DFSA regulated asset manager founded in 2017. He is responsible for formulating and implementing the Fund’s investment strategy and is a member of the Fund’s investment committee. David is directly involved in investment sourcing and execution.

David previously held senior roles for Alstom Power, as a strategy consultant for Oliver Wyman, and in business development for the MENA region for Mubadala Development Company. With more than 18 years of industry and strategy consulting experience, David has a realm of expertise in infrastructure, energy and utilities, and has spent the past decade financing renewable energy assets across the Middle East.

David holds a Master of Science in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering from ESTP in Paris – a leading engineering school, – and an MBA from INSEAD.

Laurent spent 15 years working in the development and construction of international energy projects in Europe, Iran, Indonesia and Middle East for the Group Total. Laurent moved to the renewable energy sector in 2010 to lead, within the frame of a JV with MASDAR, the construction of Shams 1, the first concentrated solar energy power plant in the Middle East and the largest worldwide at the time of its commissioning.

After 3 years developing the activities of SunPower in the Middle East – closing significant deals in Morocco and Qatar, developing a very large solar project in Egypt, Laurent joined Akuo Energy during summer 2015.

He is based in Dubai and has been leading the development, the EPC activities and operations of AKUO Group in the MENA region before being appointed as CEO of SirajPower – leading company in solar rooftop solutions in Dubai.

Laurent holds a BS of Ecole Normale Supérieure (Paris / France) and a MS of Paris Tech (Paris / France – Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées).

Nisha has more than 18 years of experience building and leading finance teams across several industries, including Real Estate, Retail, Renewables, Media and Financial Services in London and Dubai. Prior to joining SirajPower, Nisha held senior management positions in Dubai at Creek Capital, Nakheel and Majid Al Futtaim Ventures.

As CFO of SirajPower, Nisha oversees the company’s overall financial activities, including controllership, tax, treasury, analysis, investor relations, audit and financial operations.

Nisha has a BA in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University UK and is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants

Raul Gonzalez Marcelo is an experienced professional in solar technology, including Photovoltaic (PV) and Concentrated Solar Power (CSP). He has a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering and completed his postgraduate studies in managing industrial facilities. He also holds two master’s degrees in control Process and Robotic, Automatic, and Telematic. He has led teams in different areas such as O&M Engineering, Asset Management, and Construction and Commissioning. Since 2019, Raul has been managing Nomac’s O&M business s Plant General Manager of Noor 3, the world’s largest CSP tower assets with molten salt storage facility.

Wafaa has more than 15 years of HR professional experience with proven success in executing Human Resource functions including, talent acquisition, employee relations, restructuring, training and development, payroll, compensation, and benefits across several industries, including semi-government, retail, engineering, construction, real estate, hospitality, MNC, education, and training.

She has a successful HR history in different sizes of businesses between 100 to 9000 employees throughout multiple locations within MENA.

Ashok has more than 30 years of experience in renewable energy industry with specialization in solar. He has extensive experience in Business Development and Project Management of solar projects in India and the Middle East.

A graduate Electronics Engineer, he has worked in both government and private sector organisations like BHEL, Reliance Industries in India as well as SirajPower in the UAE. He has built teams to work and grow the nascent solar business in these markets.

He has been involved in the pioneering stages of the solar industry development in India as well as in the UAE and brings a wealth of business experience & expertise to SirajPower.

Mithun has more than 10 years of work experience in the solar industry.

He has an extensive knowledge of solar PV technology – design & construction. He is currently involved with Business Development activities for SirajPower.

Mithun is a graduate Electrical Engineer holding both DEWA Senior Solar PV Engineer Certification and DM Solar Engineer Certification.
